CityPortraits is an open framework for building data-informed digital twins of cities, combining geospatial data, historical evidence, and rule-based modeling to reconstruct local urban patterns. It bridges the gap between quantitative datasets and qualitative urban knowledge, enabling the generation of interpretable and testable scenarios of building stock evolution.
